About the Teacher

I have been a teacher at Clinton Elementary School since 1996 and in my current position as a first grade teacher for the past 11 years. I hold a Masters degree in English Literature from Pakistan and a Masters degree in Multicultural Education from Northeastern Illinois University.
I love being a teacher because it gives me a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and an opportunity to turn them into life long learners. I learn from them just as much as they learn from me.
